Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, all products are custom-made upon order. Accordingly, all sales are generally considered final.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

- Defective products

- Damaged items upon delivery

- Incorrect items received

2. Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Clear photographic evidence

3. Resolution

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

- Issue a replacement at no cost

- Provide a partial or full refund

4. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Buyer’s remorse

- Incorrect address provided

- Minor variations in printing, color, or layout inherent to print-on-demand processes

5. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

As orders are fulfilled by third-party partners, resolution timelines may vary.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
