Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lexkurion.com, LexKurion product websites, applications, digital products, publications, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you use a specific app or service under separate terms, those terms also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms control for that app or transaction.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are below the age of majority, use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining credential confidentiality, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Services and availability
LexKurion creates and operates technology products, learning tools, organization tools, Bible study tools, games, publications, and related resources. Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change as products are developed, reviewed, updated, or discontinued.
We may suspend or limit a Service to protect users, perform maintenance, address security issues, comply with law, or prevent abuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Orders and payment
Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided for information and may be corrected or changed. An order is accepted only when the applicable payment or fulfillment provider confirms it, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.
Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout or by the relevant app store. You authorize the charge displayed before confirmation. Taxes, delivery charges, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply according to the checkout location and provider.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, payment cannot be verified, or fraud or abuse is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable provider will process a refund of the amount charged for that order.
4. Digital products and applications
Apps and digital materials are licensed, not sold, unless the applicable product terms expressly state otherwise. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable charges, LexKurion grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the product for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security, interfere with operation, or use a product to build a competing service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
App store terms, including Apple or Google terms, may also govern downloads, subscriptions, billing, updates, and refunds. We do not control an app store’s review, distribution, policies, or decisions.
5. Physical products and delivery
Physical books and other goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the address before confirming the order. Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may be charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
6. Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are governed by the applicable product policy, the payment provider’s rules, and mandatory consumer law. Digital downloads, app purchases, and subscriptions may be subject to the refund process of the app store or payment provider through which they were purchased.
For a physical product that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs where appropriate. We will review the request and provide the remedy required by applicable law or the relevant product policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their content—including names, logos, software, text, illustrations, designs, photographs, publications, audio, video, and compilation—belong to LexKurion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership or other intellectual property right is transferred to you. If you send feedback, you grant us permission to use it to improve our Services without compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; upload malicious code; abuse, harass, deceive, or impersonate others; probe or disrupt systems; bypass access controls; infringe copyright; or interfere with another user’s experience.
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or the public.
9. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or depend on third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, retailers, analytics tools, and external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. LexKurion is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or actions.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not promise that every feature will meet every need, that content will always be complete or current, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or free from defects.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, LexKurion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when our Services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will include a new date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
