📚 Printed Books

All printed books sold on our website are produced using print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment services. Each book is printed specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

  • The book arrives damaged

  • The book is defective due to a manufacturing or printing error

  • An incorrect book is received

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the book and original packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or, when applicable, a refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and custom fulfillment, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect format, edition, or quantity selected at checkout

  • Minor variations in color, trimming, binding, or print alignment that are inherent to the production process


🛍️ Merchandise, Apparel & Physical Products

Merchandise, apparel, and other physical products are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers, some of which manufacture or ship products on demand.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, model, or style selected at checkout

💾 Digital Products

All digital products, including digital books, downloads, and other digital resources, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been made available.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

LexKurion Publishing House is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
