Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment Products
Certain physical products, including printed books and merchandise, are produced on demand or fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result:
Products are created specifically for each order
Minor variations in color, materials, trimming, print alignment, or packaging may occur
Such variations are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once access is granted or a download is made available, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital products for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
